AMSTERDAM & LONDON PHOTOFILE

I recently headed over to London for a work conference and had a few extra days to spend exploring Amsterdam. I shopped at all the usual places in London along Oxford Street where they carry extended sizes (River Island, Debenhams, NewLook, Monsoon, Mark’s & Spencer, H & M, Dorothy Perkins, House of Frasier, John Lewis and Evans to name a few).

As soon as we got to Amsterdam, I switched in tourist mode and hit the town. We stayed at the Sofitel Grand where we were treated like royalty. For shopping, the Nines district is one of the best. I also enjoyed Jordan as well. One of my favorite touristy things to do in Amsterdam besides the Van Gogh Museum, was the Heineken Tour which includes a boat tour of the city and beer! (Did I mention it tastes even better over there!)
