Happy Hour Review: The Roof on Wilshire

Happy 4th everyone! I am a sucker for happy hour but most importantly rooftop happy hours in LA. Give me a view and a cocktail and I’m set. Erin and I decided to go to the “sunset hour” at The Roof on Wilshire which goes from 3-6pm. Amazing views, great ambiance and a reasonable menu with great food and $7 drink specials. We tried the Cue Southside, Wilshire Margarita and Bourbon Smash – all were delicious and refreshing summer drinks perfect for sipping by the pool! Next up we ordered Wilshire Grilled Cheese with Gruyere, date marmalade, roasted peppers, sourdough for $9 and the Chopped Salad with Endive, cucumber, celery, fennel, pepperoncini, mozzarella, garbanzo beans, apples, golden raisins, charcuterie for $10. Tip: there is Valet Parking for 8$ and also plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

Can’t wait to go back and try the brunch!
