I was thrilled when Kiyonna reached out to me to review some of their new designs. First on my list was the Scalloped Boudoir Lace Dress. Naturally I chose the Piercing Plum color since purple is one of my favorite colors. This dress has a chic silhouette that is sophisticated yet fun and I loved the lace with a subtle lining underneath. I am huge fan of Kiyonna for several reasons – the fabric quality and fit are on point. They are made in the US and their design team is truly passionate about this customer and their product. I can’t wait to wear this dress to my next event!

Hi Rachael, I just ordered this dress myself and love it. However, even though i also ordered the “piercing plum” and is plum-ish color in person, outside it’s more of a maroon. And even next to another purple, its more pink.
Did you notice this as well? Do you have any pictures of yourself inside by chance?

I don’t have any pics of myself inside but I know that the light can reflect differently and affect the color sometimes. I still LOVE the dress though!!
