Tis the season for holiday parties and I am doing a quick roundup of a few of my favorite outfits that I recently ordered. Wear these if you want to stand out this holiday season!
First up, indie designer, GIA IRL. If you’re looking for a few standout pieces this season and beyond, GIA has you covered. My favorites this season are the Isabella and the Maya Mini, (previous try on haul here) which I am anxiously awaiting another color! Act fast because they’re currently on sale which rarely happens. Next up, Delfi Collective expanded sizes in a few styles and I am here for it. While they are currently only available up to a small 3x at Nuuly, there are some pieces on their site that might work for smaller plus sizes. I know this technically isn’t holiday wear, but, I absolutely adore the Selena dress from their latest collection and will be purchasing via Nuuly.
Likewise, this fun Aphrodite maxi dress from Cult Gaia could be perfect for a warm weather vacation or brunch with the girls. Now, this dress is definitely an investment and technically isn’t in plus sizes. But, if you shop like I do, you can definitely find some items that are generously sized that might work. I am wearing a size Large for reference. It is snug in the bust but fits perfectly elsewhere. It also has adjustable straps. Layer it with a suede jacket and throw on some boots for cooler temps.
And, J.Crew is always a go to for fun holiday dresses! This feather number also comes in green and is carried up to a size 24. I am wearing the XXL and probably could have gone up a size.
Ok, so I know I said holiday and occasion dresses, but accessories can definitely make any outfit! There are a few pieces this season that have really caught my eye and are sure to be conversation starters. I especially love this Santorini feather purse from J.Crew and these pearl earrings. My other personal favorite, Miranda Frye, has some of the best size inclusive jewelry pieces you’ll find!
