Dressing up for holiday events is happening now and finding the right outfit for these events is likely on everyone’s mind. J.Crew recently sent me a few items to review and it’s no surprise they have a so many great styles that are perfect for office parties or evening cocktails. And, if you aren’t familiar with them by now, they do carry up to a 3x or size 24 in most of their items. So, without further ado, here are some of my favorites from their latest collection!
First of all, the question I am asked the most about J.Crew is sizing. Overall I found J.Crew’s items to be true to size but with items like this Silver Lame Skirt, I sized up to a 22. The cashmere sweater is a size 2x and its perfect.

I love a good blush look and this gorgeous velvet skirt paired perfectly with the blush colored cashmere sweater. Throw on a pair of white boots and you are good to go! Sizing on this look is pretty standard – the sweater is a 2x and runs true to size. The skirt is an XXL and I could have totally sized up for a looser fit but glad they sent the XXL. Shop the look:
